Feb. Report – Namhyuk(초등5년) \r\n\r\nNam has settled in to the family extremely well. 남혁이는 너무나 잘 적응 하였습니다.\r\n\r\nHe initially was very shy, but has become comfortable in the home, and the family are really enjoying him. 처음에는 약간 수줍어하였는데 조금 지나면서 집에서 가족들과 아주 잘 지냅니다. \r\n\r\n He watches his host brothers` basketball games, and takes every opportunity to play basketball himself. 집 아이들의 농구 경기를 보고 자기도 농구를 하곤 한답니다.\r\n\r\nHe has bonded well with his host brother Austin, and is building a tree fort with him in the nearby forest. \r\n남혁이는 집 아이들과 너무나 잘 어울리고 오스틴과 가까운 숲속에 나무집을 지어놓았습니다. \r\nThey do chores together, and Nam seems to have fit in tot he family in every way. 합창도 같이하고, 모든 면에서 집 식구들과 잘 맞는 것 같아요. \r\n\r\nHe reads with his host mother every night and talks about what he has read. 가족들과 매일 저녁 책을 잃고 읽은 내용에 대하여 가족들과 같이 애기하곤 한답니다. \r\n\r\nAt school, the teachers have told Colleen, his host mom, that they are enjoying him tremendously....his English teacher says he is `a delight`. 학교에서도 굉장히 잘 지낸답니다. 영어선생님이 그가 휼륭한 학생라고 칭찬을 아끼지 않는답니다.\r\n\r\n He has signed up for community soccer and will be beginning to play in a month or so.봄부터는 축구교실에 들어갑니다. \r\n \r\nHis host family encourage him to telephone and email his parents, but he seems to have had some difficulty in getting the telephone card and email to work. 가족들이 한국가족들에게 메일이나 전화를 하라고 권하는데 아직은 조금 서툰가 봅니다. \r\n\r\nColleen is concerned, as she encourages him to contact his family, but he does not seem to want to. 홈스테이 엄마가 서울 식구들과 연락하고 싶어할까 연락은 권하는데도 별로 관심을 보이지 않는게 약간 걱정이 된답니다.\r\n\r\n Is there an unresolved difficulty that is causing him to be so reluctant? 문제가 있는지 물으면 괜참ㅎ다고 한답니다.\r\n\r\nNam says he is not sad. We hope he will overcome this difficulty soon, as he is really having a wonderful experience, and the host family would like him to share it with his Korean family. 어렵겠지만 잘 극복 하리라 믿으며 남혁이가 정말 좋은 경험을 쌓을것이며 홈스테이 가족들은 이런 모든것들을 서울 가족 들에게 도 나누어 주고 싶답니다. \r\n\r\nColleen suggests that if the parents telephone on Sunday nights ( Monday afternoon in Korea) Nam will usually be home to take the call. Please reassure them that all is well.홈스테이 엄마가 한국시간으로 월요일 오후에 전화를 하면 남혁이가 받을거라고 알려 주시네요. \r\n다시한번 남혁이가 잘 있다고 전하고 싶다고 하시네요….\r\n\r\n
